Mudras

A Mudra is a symbolic hand and finger gesture and means "seal" in Sanskrit. Mudras are not only used in meditations, but also in Asian dance or on statues depicting a god. In yoga, they have health-promoting and balancing properties.

We attribute the strong and divine to the right hand and the seat of the ego to the left.
We find the meridians, chakras and elements in our hands or fingers. Each finger is assigned to an element, which in turn is subordinated to two meridians.

If you swipe right you'll see some mudras that I use here and there.

They help me to focus and calm down. Some of the benefits of these mudras are:
Improves concentration
reduces the level of depression
helps sleep better and
balances the nervous system
Or they are symbolic of enlightenment (like the Dhyana Mudra)
