There is something special about Sunday mornings. The week hasn’t started yet. The pace is slower. The house is quiet. The day still feels full of possibility.
This is exactly the space in which I love to practise yoga — and why I created my Sunday morning online class.
A gentle start into your week
My Sunday class is a 60-minute live online yoga session designed to help you:
wake up your body softly
release tension from the week
reconnect with your breath
create a calm, clear mindset for the days ahead
Think of it as a weekly reset. No rushing to a studio, no commute, no pressure. You can join from your living room, still in your cosy morning atmosphere.
Who this class is for
This class is suitable for:
beginners and experienced yogis
busy people who want a consistent ritual
anyone who wants to start the week feeling grounded rather than rushed
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need perfect focus. You just need a mat and one hour for yourself.
